Claims Assist

- Provide assistance with claims for various insurance plans, including Prushield and Income Shield
- Assist in follow-up with insurance companies regarding claims
- Facilitate the submission of necessary documents for claimsÂ
- Remind hospitals to complete and submit claims through e-filing
- Ensure timely issuance of claims proceeds
- Collect receipts from clinics including pre- and post-receipts
- Submit receipts for including affixing stamps where required
